Welcome to Dubbo, located approximately 400 kilometers North-West of Sydney and set on the banks of the picturesque Macquarie Wambuul River. Home to more than 45,000 people, Dubbo is at the cross-roads of regional NSW and is home to the famous Taronga Western Plains Zoo.
University of the Third Age or U3A is a unique World wide movement that encourages retired people to take up or continue educational and other interests in friendly and informal settings.
U3A Dubbo Chapter Inc or simply U3A Dubbo began in 1991 and was Incorporated in 1992. It offers a range of courses to over 500 members and is committed to providing enjoyable learning experiences for seniors in Dubbo and the surrounding districts.
